Justice and privilege is Not black or white

All this nonsense about white privilege, folks please, being white never gave me a thing in life. The only place I see privilege is where there is money! And last I checked being wealthy isn’t exclusive to white people. Let’s talk about this myth people call white privilege for just a second. Being white didn’t stop me from growing up without my parents because they didn’t know how to be parents. Being white didn’t stop me from going hungry as a kid because I was poor. Being white didn’t stop me from being homeless and not knowing what was going to happen from day to day. Being white didn’t stop me from being sexually assaulted at age 14. Being white didn’t stop me from dropping out of school when I was 16 because I was bullied every day since kindergarten. Being white never GAVE me a thing! What turned my life around was hard work, determination, having goals I refused to quit on, encouragement, and most of all JESUS! And not a single one of those things has anything to do with my skin!
